Jacek Helle has over 16 years of experience in industry and consulting. Ralph Braunroth has 16 years of experience in consulting and industry. Dr. Andreas Kosmider
Dr. Andreas Kosmider has over 25 years of experience in industry. In his first positions, he was able to gain experience in revision, restructuring and process optimization. In the following years he worked successfully as commercial director in responsibility both in Brazil for a group of companies, in the international automotive supplier industry and for a medium-sized group of companies in mechanical engineering.
During this time he developed businesses and individual business areas and was responsible for numerous national and international projects. In doing so, he actively pushed the organizational further development of the company as well as increasing productivity and reducing costs – always against the background of the lean management approach.
Since 2013, Dr. Kosmid medium-sized company as an independent consultant and interim manager and has been a partner of REENGINEERING MANAGEMENT GmbH since 2018. Werner Fassbinder
Werner Faßbinder has over 30 years of experience in the industry. After his first years as a quality engineer and project manager for well-known automotive suppliers and industrial companies, he switched to a newly founded joint venture of Beru AG. Here he distinguished himself as being primarily responsible for setting up production.
He then worked for a subsidiary of the automotive supplier Magna and managed major projects ranging from the relocation of existing products to the development of new product groups.
Subsequently, he was responsible for the entire supply chain management and manufacturing for Kaba (Benzing) GmbH in Schwenningen. The focus was on an implementation-oriented increase in earnings and an increase in technological competitiveness. In line with lean management, processes and products have been optimized and the company’s competitiveness has been increased. Dr. Hans Jörg Eyrich
Dr. Hans Jörg Eyrich has over 20 years of experience in consulting and corporate management. After training as a banker and studying economics with a subsequent doctorate, he began his professional career at Arthur Andersen & Co. GmbH. He later switched to a medium-sized tax consultancy and auditing firm.
During this time he was responsible for auditing and consulting assignments in various industries and different legal forms. Beyond the purely auditing work, the clients’ potential for improvement in their structures and processes was discovered and implemented.
In 2002 he switched to DRF eV and carried out extensive restructuring. As a board member of the AG and managing director of several subsidiaries at home and abroad, he consolidated the companies into the DRF Luftrettung group of companies.

Pure wood man has over 25 years of experience in trade, industry and consulting. After his first positions as a technical and strategic buyer and group leader at Fehrer GmbH (Automotive First Tier) and as Supervisor Purchasing Europe at Kennametal GmbH, he moved to various companies in metal processing, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics and automation technology, and plastic injection molding.

Pol van Eyghen has over 30 years of experience in industry and consulting. After his first positions as project manager for the Saarland Economic Development Corporation and export manager at Faber Kabel &leitung, he moved to the multinational automotive supplier Grupo Antolin – España, for which he was managing director of the JIS Ford Saarlouis plant. Afterwards he was responsible as managing director for the technology transfer institute of the HTW des Saarland (FITT GmbH).

Andreas Krämer has over 25 years of professional experience in retail banking. After graduating with a degree in economics from the University of Bonn, an internationally successful career began in the field of car banking at Ford Bank, Mazda Bank, Jaguar and Land Rover Financial Services. In doing so, he was able to gather profound specialist knowledge of the entire range of tasks of a retail bank at the local and European level at home and abroad (especially sales & marketing, risk management, overall bank management, governance), as well as in relationship management with all stakeholders (e.g. banking supervision, rating agencies, Investors, deposit protection fund). Hans Micheal Traub
Hans Michael Traub has almost 30 years of management and consulting experience in a wide variety of industries and branches. After his first position as an assistant and later as the deputy head of personnel in a large medium-sized trading company and automotive supplier, he moved as head of personnel to a disposal and recycling company within an energy supply company.
In the course of an outsourcing process, the step into self-employment as a management consultant followed with a focus on personnel and organizational development. During this time, as managing director, he was responsible for many national and international projects in various industries and areas.
After further engagements as Director Human Resources in an Anglo-Saxon group and as Head of Human Resources in an aviation company, he returned to entrepreneurship as a managing partner in his own consulting company with a focus on human resources. Philip Janssen
Philip Janssen has held corporate responsibility for over 20 years.
After setting up and selling an IT system house specialising in doctors and pharmacists, he developed various construction projects in family business in addition to his studies at the EUROPcomo BUSINESS SCHOOL in Oestrich-Winkel, which he still accompanies in parallel today. After graduation, he gained experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH as a project manager in the field of corporate restructuring. He then became managing director of a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft Munich, which he successfully sold.
Since 2010, Mr. Janssen has regularly assumed the role of interim managing director in restructuring situations and advises in the corporate finance sector. Thanks to his close and long-standing cooperation with various insolvency administrators, he has extensive knowledge in the highly specialised insolvency sector.

Frank Liesner
Frank Liesner has 20 years of experience in finance and controlling. He has worked both internationally and in various industrial sectors. After completing his studies as an industrial engineer, he worked for the Henkel Group for more than 10 years. International appearances took him to Spain, Chile and Brazil. Responsible for finance as CFO, he carried out successful reorganisation, integration and restructuring projects.
Later in his career, he successfully set up a shared service center for the German subsidiaries for a large crane manufacturer. As Senior Director Finance, he was then instrumental in the success of the SAP S4 HANA implementation of a biopharmaceutical company.
His expertise is based on extensive knowledge in finance and accounting combined with a wealth of experience in project and change management. Reorganization of medium-sized enterprises, both organisational and procedurally. IT, execution of outsourcing and PMI projects in group environment form his areas of compensation.
He is currently the commercial director at the Hanover public transport company.
